Shipping Information

Domestic

We offer free shipping on all orders. For faster delivery, expedited shipping is available with different delivery options at checkout.

International

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Please email us at connect@seestarlight.com for more information.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns on all unworn merchandise for a full refund within 14 days of purchase and for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Worn merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs on returns. To process a return, email connect@seestarlight.com. All sale merchandise is final sale.

Return for Refund

A refund will be issued to your credit card for the amount of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred (Georgia residents only). Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

How to Return Merchandise

Returns can be sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please be sure to include your invoice number in your return package, so we can identify and process it. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us, and we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit.
